The right to access information

The right to access information is a constitutional right that must be enshrined by all Public institutions and local groups that are subject to the provisions of the law Law No. 22 of 2016 dated March 24, 2016, relating to the right Access to information. This report is part of the implementation of Chapter 34 of the aforementioned Basic Law above.
